About Swim School of Austin
We believe that swim lessons should be taught just like any other sport or extracurricular activity: year-round lessons focusing on skills and advancement BASED on each student’s proficiency. The Swim School of Austin uses the Swim School International (SSI) training program. SSI’s teaching philosophy includes compassion based INSTRUCTION, POSITIVE reinforcement, and encouragement at every opportunity are hallmarks of our program.
Our Facilities
Scubaland Adventures and Swim School of Austin have invested over half a million dollars in one of Austin's finest aquatic training facilities. The Swim School pool is 30' x 15' and is one of the largest privately owned SCUBA and SWIM training pools. We keep our pool at a minimum temperature of 88 degrees year round! Comfort and safety are our primary concerns.
